STAGE 1 —

Engagement, Brief & Discovery

Approached with a new potential project our first approach is to meet the client. A brief chat over the phone is followed by a meeting in our studio to discover and establish the clients brief.

STAGE 3 —

Concept proposal

Once we familiarised ourselves with the client’s wishes and space, our following meeting will consist of a first design concept: here we specify the brief in ter philosophy and intentions.

STAGE 5 —

Construction Documentation

A full set of documentation is developed for construction purposes. The finishes schedule and the fixtures, fittings and equipment schedules are both finalised and issued with the construction drawing package.

STAGE 2 —

Site Measure

We begin with an initial site visit in order to familiarise ourselves with the existing conditions. Measurements will be also taken.

STAGE 4 —

Final Design Proposal

We proceed with the preparation of a concept package that focuses on our design philosophy and key design ideas for the interior. At the end of this phase, we provide you with a visual direction for the look and feel of our designs using a selection of images, sketches and finishes.

STAGE 6 —

Construction Administration

Tenders are submitted to the client for review. Once contractors are approved and appointed, we provide assistance through the construction process to ensure the outcome is as designed. We liaise with trades and consultants, review shop drawings, and respond to queries as required. We schedule regular site appointments, and can additionally visit at your request.
